How to manage photo albums in Gallery

This tutorial assumes you’ve already logged in to Gallery

1) Click here to view the album actions

From here you can do several things… add album to cart, delete album, edit album, edit permissions or move album

2) Select Edit Album

This is the Edit Album page, where you can edit all aspects of your photo album

3) Click the General tab

On this page we can edit the name, title, summary, and description of an album

4) Click the Album tab

On this page we can set numerous settings for the album including sort order, and image and thumbnail sizes

5) Click the Theme tab

On this page we can edit the theme or skin to change the look of our albums

If you would like to delete the album, that can be done by clicking here

How to change your password in Gallery

This tutorial assumes you’ve already logged in to Gallery

1) Click Your Account

Now let’s learn how to change your password

2) Then click the Change Password link here

3) Enter your existing password here

4) Then enter and verify a new password

5) Then click the Change button

That’s it! The password has been changed, and you’ll now need to use this new password to login to Gallery

How to edit your account information in Gallery

This tutorial assumes you’ve already logged in to Gallery

1) Click Your Account

This is where we can edit our account information

2) We can change our name…

3) … and we can change our email address

4) Gallery also supports many different languages… and we can select a different one here

5) When finished making changes, click Save

That’s it!  We’ve successfully changed our account information

How to edit album properties in Gallery

1) Click here to view the album actions available

From here you can do several things… add album to cart, delete album, edit album, edit permissions or move album

This is the Edit Album page, where you can edit our album properties

You can edit such properties as allowing photo ratings and defining picture size limits

3) Click the Edit Permissions link

We can edit the permissions of the album on this page including deciding which users can view the album

How to change themes in Gallery

This tutorial assumes you’ve already logged in to Gallery

Let’s learn how to change themes in Gallery

1) Click Site Admin

2) Then click the Themes link here

This is where we can change the look and feel, or theme of our Gallery installation

3) There are many theme settings we can change…  let’s change our color pack setting

4) When finished, click Save Theme Settings

That’s it! Our theme settings have been changed to the black color pack. Let’s go ahead and change back to the default colors
